They were just trying to live. They were just trying to look out for their neighbours. They were just trying to live as normal a life as they could while under these awful conditions. That made them a target.

This is what happens when you weaponise this "they're not like us" rhetoric. People, innocent people, get hurt and killed. The 'lucky' ones will only be traumatised by these masked thugs descending upon their communities and killing as they see fit. This isn't policing, this is legalised murder.

And there's fuck all I can do about it. Except this. Keep saying their names. Keep the American people in your thoughts. Be kind and ask what help we can give, albeit remotely.
